Meditation for Better Sleep
Just before bed, sit quietly with your Singbowl in hand. Begin to play it gently, holding it near your heart to feel its resonance. If it becomes too heavy, rest it on your lap.
Close your eyes and imagine the sound washing over you. Observe any tension in your body and allow it to melt away. Let your thoughts arise and pass—no judgement, no resistance. When you feel complete, place the bowl beside your bed. As you lie down, gently strike the bowl once more and listen to the fading sound as you drift into sleep.
