Simple House Cleansing Ritual
Begin at your front door with the singing bowl in hand. Gently play the bowl by rotating the mallet around the rim to create a sustained ringing sound. Walk slowly through your home or space in a clockwise direction, allowing the sound to fill each room and disperse stagnant or negative energy.
At each corner, gently tap the bowl to produce a sharper tone—this helps release energy trapped in corners. Continue until you've circled through all rooms and return to your starting point. The entire process takes just 2–5 minutes and leaves your space feeling refreshed and energetically clear.
