This cast Gulpa Singbowl is perfect for meditation, stress relief, and supporting restful sleep. It can also be used to calm children, improve focus, and support information retention during study. Each bowl is first shaped in a cast mould, then lightly hammered to create a hand-beaten finish. The Buddha symbol adds a beautiful element of contemplation to the design.

Meditation for Better Sleep
Before bed, sit quietly on or near your bed with your Singbowl in hand. Begin to play the bowl gently. Hold it close to your heart to feel the resonance. If the bowl becomes too heavy, place it on your lap.
Close your eyes and let the sound wash over you. Notice any tension in your body and allow it to release. Let the sound move through your mind and carry away the thoughts of the day. Don’t force or judge the thoughts—simply observe as they arise and gently dissolve.
When you feel complete, place the bowl beside your bed. As you lie down, strike the bowl once more and listen to the sound fade into silence as you drift off to sleep.
