Meditation for Better Sleep
Just before bed, sit quietly with your Singbowl in hand and begin to play. Hold it close to your heart to feel the resonance. If it feels heavy, rest it on your lap.
Close your eyes and let the sound wash over your body. Notice any physical tension and allow it to release. Let your thoughts flow in and out—without judgement. When you feel ready, place the bowl beside your bed. As you lie down, gently strike the bowl once and listen to the sound fade into silence as you drift into restful sleep.
