Meditation for Better Sleep
Just before bed, sit quietly with your Singbowl in hand. Begin to play gently. Hold the bowl close to your heart to feel the resonance. If it feels heavy, rest it on your lap.
Close your eyes and allow the sound to wash over your body. Notice any physical tension and let it release. Let your thoughts rise and fade—without judgment or resistance. When you feel complete, place the bowl beside your bed. As you lie down, gently strike it once and listen to the sound fading into silence as you drift off to sleep.
