Use this powerful hand-beaten singing bowl for healing, meditation, vibrational massage, and sound therapy. These therapeutic-grade bowls, handcrafted in Nepal from 5–7 metals, produce a deeply resonant tone and strong vibration that helps release tension, calm the mind, and realign the body.

Each bowl is individually hammered by hand, then finished with a brushed-metal polish that gives it a distinctive look and sound. The deep, grounding vibration echoes the primordial sound of the universe – "Om" – resonating through the entire body. These bowls are ideal for energy healing and are commonly used by practitioners for sound massage and chakra balancing.

Note: Bowls under 1.5 kg are better suited for playing in the palm of the hand rather than on the body, as the sides may touch and affect vibration. Larger bowls can be used directly on the body. You can also fill them with water to create beautiful standing wave effects.

Sound & Healing Qualities

Each bowl produces a rich blend of harmonics:

• A deeper tone when the mallet is rotated around the rim – resonating with one chakra

• A higher tone (often a fourth or fifth above) when struck – resonating with another chakra

Some of the larger bowls have ultra-low frequencies that continuously shift, with some practitioners believing they resonate with all chakras. These are considered rare and special pieces.

Crystal Cleansing & Charging with a Singing Bowl

To clear crystals:
Place your crystals in the centre of the bowl on a soft cloth to prevent rattling. Gently rotate the mallet clockwise around the bowl to produce sound. Clockwise motion sends energy outward, clearing unwanted energy from the crystal.

To charge crystals with intention:
After clearing, play the bowl in a counter-clockwise direction to draw energy into the crystal. Hold your intention in your mind, visualising the sound carrying it into the crystal. Continue until the crystal feels energised.

Note: Left-handed users may find the directions reversed—counter-clockwise for clearing and clockwise for charging. Trust your intuition and experiment to see what feels right.
